By accessing and using Lriza AI Music Generator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lriza is an AI-powered music generation application that allows users to:

• Generate music from text descriptions
• Convert text to speech
• Transform audio files
• Create custom beats using AI technology
• Share generated music publicly (optional)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

The App uses anonymous authentication. You are not required to provide personal information to create an account. Your account is created automatically when you first use the App.

3.2 Profile Information

You may optionally:

• Set a username
• Upload a profile photo

Important:

Profile photos and usernames are stored locally and in our secure cloud database. This information is never shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Credits and Purchases

4.1 Credit System

• New users receive 2 free credits upon registration
• Each music generation costs 2 credits
• Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases

4.2 Subscription Options

• Weekly Premium: 60 credits per week with priority generation speed
• Credit Packs: One-time purchases of 200 or 600 credits

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies. Upon refund approval by Apple, corresponding credits will be removed from your account.

5. User Content and Rights

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the music you generate using the App. The generated content is royalty-free and can be used for commercial purposes.

5.2 Public Sharing

When you choose to make your music public:

• Other users can listen to your music
• Your username (if set) will be displayed
• The music may appear in public rankings and discovery sections
• You can make your music private again at any time

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that violates any laws or regulations
• Create harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Resell or redistribute credits or subscription benefits

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 App Content

The App's design, features, and functionality are owned by Obzena and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 AI Technology

The App uses third-party AI services for music generation. These services have their own terms and conditions which you agree to by using the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The quality or accuracy of generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Fitness for a particular purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obzena and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obzena from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
